6. Chrome Extension (Fennec SEO Auditor)

Our Chrome extension, Fennec SEO Auditor, follows these additional rules:

The extension runs inside your browser and analyzes the current tab's HTML in a local, isolated environment. It is designed to read page content (such as meta tags, headings, links, images, robots.txt, sitemaps, schema and social tags) only for SEO analysis.
The analyzed data is used solely to compute SEO metrics and render the audit interface. The extension does not inject advertisements, alter page content, or execute unrelated scripts on the sites you visit.
By default, we do not send the page content analyzed by the extension to our servers. If a feature requires sending data to our backend (for example, saving a report to your Fennec account), we will clearly indicate this in the product and use it only for providing the requested service.
The permissions requested by the extension (including but not limited to tabs, activeTab, sidePanel, contextMenus, offscreen, storage, and scripting) are used only to implement SEO audit functionality and remember your UI preferences.

7. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
